Our products are still prepared according to traditional recipes and time-tested methods. A great deal of creativity, passion and instinct goes into cultivating, refining and processing the raw ingredients by hand.

We have extensive experience in growing, cultivating and processing tomatoes. Only through proper cultivation, care and harvesting at the right time do you get the perfect amount of sweetness. The tomatoes used in our sughi are still harvested by hand every day before being carefully processed.

Red gold from Abruzzo
The climate in the higher altitudes of Abruzzo is ideal for growing saffron. We planted a field exclusively for a customer on request. Here it is on the first harvest. The quality of the saffron threads is examined. Our hard-working helpers remove the threads from the flowers by hand. Ultimately, the customer receives a premium product.
