Our products contain natural, selected and high-quality raw ingredients cultivated in Italy. They are made with creativity and the highest standards – not just in how they are cooked but also in the ingredients used, the sustainable treatment of our land and our cooperation with suppliers, customers and employees.

Authentic taste

We are committed to ensuring excellent taste and that this taste comes from the raw ingredients used. The basis is always sun-ripened local crops, enhanced with selected herbs and spices and the finest virgin olive oil. And we consistently refrain from using additives.

Traditional recipes

We are constantly developing new ideas on how to improve the traditional recipes, enhancing and refining them until the taste and flavours are wonderfully balanced and the notes of the most important ingredients take centre stage.

The best italian raw ingredients

The use of the highest quality, freshly harvested and prepared raw ingredients is one of our recipes for success. When selecting the raw ingredients, we make no compromises. We only use the finest, natural Italian ingredients grown by us or from selected local, Apulian and Sicilian farms.

Responsibility & sustainability

As a family company, all of our actions and responsibilities are geared towards the long term and generations to come. Our declared aim is to deliver the best possible products and to produce them using sustainable and environmentally friendly methods.

We have been able to steadily increase the size of our organic crop area and production in recent years.  Part of our electricity needs are now covered by the solar energy system on the warehouse roof.

Production & safety

We produce in accordance with the guidelines of the BRC and IFS certifications. The well-being of our employees and consumers is very important to us, so we work with the greatest care in compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
